Welcome to FOTUS! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FOTUS social media platform (the "Service") available at https://www.fotus.net (the "Website").   • Hacking and Unauthorized Access: Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other users' accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Nudity and NSFW Content: The Service strictly prohibits any form of nudity, sexually explicit content, or any other NSFW material. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, sexually suggestive content, and obscene language.
  • Hate Speech and Violence: Do not post, share, or promote content that incites violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
  • Discrimination and Intolerance: At no time is it acceptable to put anyone down due to their race, creed, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or political views. Respect for diversity and differing opinions is essential.
  • Illegal Activities: Do not use the Service for any illegal activities or to promote, facilitate, or engage in illegal conduct. We will work alongside law enforcement and report any unlawful activity to the authorities.
  • Spam and Advertising: Do not post unsolicited advertisements, promotional materials, or spam. Any form of commercial solicitation must be approved by FOTUS.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

User-Generated Content: By posting content on the Service, you grant FOTUS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content. This license allows us to operate and improve the Service and to share content as permitted by these Terms.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property related to the Service are the property of FOTUS or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce these intellectual property elements without our prior written consent.

7. Termination and IP Banning

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or its users. This includes, but is not limited to, issuing an IP ban to prevent further access to the Service.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee for the resolution of any disputes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOTUS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOTUS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or interruptions of the Service.
